The Frequencies of Light session takes place on the Cohere™ Meditation Mat, designed to elevate the body's frequency to align more closely with your ideal energetic state. This elevation encourages the release of stress and emotional blockages, promoting a deeper sense of peace and renewal. Before the session, tuning forks are applied to your crown, third eye, and feet to prepare your energy field.
The mat contains 96 hand-poured composite tiles made from specific materials and minerals that generate a coherent energy field. You'll wear headphones while targeted sound frequencies are emitted to enhance the experience. During the session, you place your hands on conductive material that delivers light frequencies from the mat's console, which are enhanced by geometric patterns. A grounded foot pad connects you to the earth’s energy, further stabilizing the experience.
The Cohere™ Mat facilitates the release of physical and emotional blockages. You may feel tingling, energy flow, or involuntary shaking as emotions are processed. Past injuries may cause brief discomfort as trapped emotions are released. This environment can also awaken self-healing, intuitive, and perceptive abilities.
If called to do so, I might join in and do healing work on you from the other room while you are in session.
You might experience vivid visions, strong emotions like anger or sadness, or changes in body temperature. Feelings of gratitude, joy, and sensations like "truth bumps" are also common. Each experience supports your healing and transformation.
