This is a hands-on healing session, typically performed while you are lying face-up and fully clothed. It is not a massage, though light finger pressure may be applied to certain points.
Sessions are approximately 90 minutes and include both hands-on healing and talk time. Before getting on the table, I use the HEALY microcurrent medical device for about 12 minutes to support your energy field.
Throughout the session, the Core Harmonizer runs in the background, enhancing the healing experience.

✦ Frequencies of Light Session: Takes place on the Cohere Meditation Mat. It contains 96 hand-poured composite tiles made of materials and minerals that generate a coherent energy field. Headphones are used, listening to music emitting specific sound frequencies. The user places their hands on conductive material that transmits light frequencies and geometric patterns from the console. A conductive foot pad at the end connects the user to earth ground via a grounded outlet. Tuning forks will be used on your Crown, Third eye and your feet before the session begins.
