Cancelation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events occasionally arise in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule in your place. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged 100% of your appointment fee.
After two late cancellations, prepayment will be required to book future appointments.

No-Shows:
If you forget your appointment or choose to skip it for any reason, it will be considered a “no-show.” You may be charged 100% of the appointment fee, which must be paid before booking another session.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the appointments that follow. Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine whether there is enough time to begin your session. Regardless of the time remaining, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
Please plan accordingly and arrive on time out of respect for both your practitioner and fellow clients.
