• There is no waiting room.
• The entrance door is always locked.
• Press the unmarked white/blue call button to the left of the door.
• My office is on the second floor.
• There is no elevator.
• There are 12 stairs to a landing and then another 9 stairs.
• There are no walk-ins.
• I have no receptionist.
